The only issue published, limited to 100 copies, numbered and signed by Benoit. With mounted facsimile of notes by Duchamp, a cut-out by Jean Arp, a reproduction of a Tristan Tzara calligrammatic poem, and two Picabia illustrations on the wrappers. Texts by Clément Pansaers and Francis Picabia.

This one of 10 édition de tête copies with a suite of the plates, each signed by the artist: Duchamp, Tzara, and Arp (in the suite the Arp is transformed from a blue cut-out to a white relief print, and is also numbered in pencil). The printed wrapper by Picabia is also present twice, one with the '691' title printed in black, the other without.
