Printed title with verse from Horace, two leaves with Congreve's dedication to 'Charles, Earl of Dorset and of Middlesex', four leaves with two prologues, 'Epilogue' and dramatis personae and Congreve's comedy on following leaves. Title browned and creased, occasional staining throughout, I2 with tear at lower outer corner with some loss, final leaf browned. Sheet size: 208 x 152 mm. Modern mottled calf-backed marbled boards, title gilt to spine.
