The bulletin / poster gives details of the committee for the ball, the constellation of 'La Grand-Ourse' (The Great Bear) itself with details of its stars etc., where to buy tickets for the ball (a plethora of Parisian galleries) as well as details of the proposed costume, entertainmaents and an excerpt of music, the 'Ballet Synthétique de Moscou' by Ynna Tchernetzkaja.

Cette fois, l'Architecture Constructiviste sera le motif du Bal ... Enfin, que l'apellation de la Grande Ourse n'aille pas vous fournir des suggestions au sujet du costume ... Le Comité choisira Sept Etoiles parmi les Dames présentes, qui figureront la Constellation de la Grande Ourse. A ces Sept Dames sera remis l'insigne spécial de la Graande Ourse.' (From the text).
